I have been working in sales and marketing for 30 years. I spent the first 15 years of my professional career as a Senior Executive, then as the leader of my own businesses, where I personally experienced everything I teach right now.
As a teacher in youth protection, and after years at the Dutch Embassy, I was the Sales Director of an American-Hungarian joint venture. After that I became the Director of HBO commercial and marketing region. At the same time, I give lectures to postgraduate students as well as other professional forums.
As a short detour, I organise and coordinate the sales networks of 13 countries as a Regional Director of one of the largest Austrian-owned networks in Europe.
After my years of world travel, I was involved in shaping a British owned consulting company’s profile, training image, and organizational structure as a Regional Director. The consulting firm consisted of four Central and Eastern European countries. During this time, in addition to coordinating the operation of the regional offices, I trained and educated the employees and managers of many domestic and international companies.
From 1997, I became a consultant of coach and trainer programme as an independent organizational development consultant. I give nearly 120-150 lectures a year.
At the same time, I turned to media again and first participated as an External Consultant and then as a Distribution Director in the market launch of HÍRTV, which was launched at that time, and also as a co-owner in the establishment of Sanoma Digital Media Zrt.
During my professional career, I founded and ran a Financial Consulting company, was
involved in Social Media, and even got a taste of the field of gastronomy. I currently run several businesses, including non-routine areas such as pilot training and walking flight, in which I myself fly actively.
During my lectures, I try to pass on the practical experience gained during my long and varied career. I strive for personalization, interactivity, and share knowledge that is immediately applicable to my students.
